Submissions Legal Stuff

1. By creating an account on this site, you gain the ability to edit or remove your creations yourself at a later time. If you upload a character anonymously without an account, you will not be able to edit or remove your creation after it is uploaded.

2. You retain ownership and all rights to your uploaded creation. If you created an account (see #1) you may remove your creation at any time. By uploading a character to the site, however, you grant permission the GURPS Character Archive to display your creation publicly without any expectation of receiving financial compensation from GURPS Character Archive.

3. We endeavor to keep the character content rated PG-13, which basically means limiting the sex, foul language, and graphic violence to a "reasonable" level. Pornography is not permitted. That being said, the editors of the GURPS Character Archive can refuse to display any character, remove any character, or deactivate any account from this website at any time without reason and without notice.

4. You give the right to the editors of this site to edit the search data associated with the character (TL, NPC/PC, specialty, etc) for clarity or to correct errors. We will not edit or change the uploaded character file itself.

5. You agree to not knowingly upload any creation that is a violation of any copyright. Avoid using copyrighted material in your creations.
