The Haroa lives in the shadow of the giant radioactive volcanoes of the Badlands. A large herding quadruped with great horns and hooves and the personality of a wolverine, foreign travelers call the Haroa "fire elk" while the natives call them "the devil's torchbearers". Haroa can eat nearly anything and are fiercely territorial.
