Description: 
This orphan is a street kid, age 10, suitable for any TL. He panhandles and steals food during the day and sleeps in an alley at night. Occasionally he'll make nice with a local orphanage and get a warm bed and a bath, but he escapes in the morning before they can force him to go to school. He's lucky and clever for his age, which is why he's lasted so long in a rough neighborhood.
