Description:
Draven is an ill-tempered bully leading his band of rogues out of fear rather than respect. He is stingy with the sharing of the spoils with his men, and has been known to kill one over a few coppers. He started out as a mercenary working his way up the ranks from cook, groom, squad leader and finally captain. When he got control of a band of mercenaries he decided the money was better and robbing merchant caravans a lot safer . He looks for weak prey and will attack and rob anyone he outnumbers. He currently has a rabble of about 10 15-50 point fighters.
He has no love for priests; A scuffle over a valuable religious item while robbing a group of clergy wound up taking his eye from him. Draven does not recruit competent men as he does not want to lose control of his group. He sees them more as cannon fodder then trusted companions.
Draven runs his operation out of an abandoned ruins in the Black wood hills. There they wait for easy prey to travel the roads not far off.

Description:
Voltus is a young mage just coming into his powers. The bad part is just as he became a mage his master died in a spell backlash. He wandered around the world for a while lost and confused. Deep in the woods away from civilization he created a house shaping the earth into walls and turning them to stone. He realized he could create a 9' X 9' house of 2" thick stone in just a few minutes barely taxing his powers. Every day he practiced making new houses sometimes joining them together to make larger ones. With his artistic ability he created fancy scroll work on the houses and statues of stone and metal in the gardens. His mind became clear he was to build a city for when they would come. The area quickly turned into a small village of no one and Voltus was not able to keep back the forest from reclaiming his city. Voltus took to animating corpses to do the manual labor of keeping the city clean until they come. He travels the world but every night he returns to his city to add on and improve it. Some times brining back a new corpse to be animated.

Description:
"Krupp tell us where we go and who we kill, as long as the eats is good we do the job. Better not expect to get all body if thats what you want, 'cause Krupp eats the head. If you don't care then we do work, we kill who you want and make sure they dead."
The only thing fouler than his stench is his personality, Krupp is a trully retched example of his race, he has made a name for himself as a brutal killer, excelling in jobs that require the not so delicate touch of a butcher.
He tends to eat parts of his victims, particularly the brains and on more than one occassion has lost the contract for not being able to prove the mark was actually dead. Apparently defecant does not count as proof to some employeers.
Convinced the world is contriving against him, he is often at the center of some of the unluckiest occurances, this has only fueled his foul demeanor.
Krupp is significantly smarter than the average troll, and serves as the brains of his small outfit of killers. He prefers to feather his victims with his massive bow, but is quite skilled with the blade.

Description:
"You shuddup and die, no talking, Kraeg know you looking at his back, I do same to you...c'mere."
Kraeg "The Bent" is an enormous specimen of his race, who would tower over shorter trolls if not for his hunched back. He claims his mame was horribly maimed by fire and while bearing him she was less than gentle.
He prefers to bludgeon his victims to death with hands, clubs or brutal grappling techniques.
Kraeg enjoys working with Krupp as he takes care of all the talking and Kraeg gets to do the two things he likes best, Eat and Kill. Together they are quite effective as mercenaries, killers and general do-badders.
He is rarely encountered alone, almost always in the company of Krupp.

Description:
Karom exists somewhere in the 7th through 10th centuries as a viking raider plundering the shores of Britian and France. He shows no mercy in his business whatsoever and does not even flinch when striking down a woman or child. He is a successful, experienced raider and has earned the respect of his clansmen in battle. His name comes from his enjoyment of pummling the face of a vanquished opponent with his fists.
